I.Product Introduction
The asphalt rotating thin-film oven(RTFOT)is designed and manufactured in accordance with the People's Republic of China industry standard JTG E20-2011"Test Procedures for Asphalt and Asphalt Mixtures in Highway Engineering,"specifically T0610-2011"Asphalt Rotating Thin-Film Heating Test."It also references the international standards ASTM D2872–Standard Test Method for Effect of Heat and Air on a Moving Film of Asphalt(Rolling Thin-Film Oven Test)and EN 12607-1–Bitumen and Bituminous Binders:Determination of the Resistance to Hardening under Short-Term Ageing Conditions–Part 1:RTFOT Method.
This equipment is suitable for measuring the mass change of asphalt before and after rotary thin-film heating;as needed,it can also be used to determine the penetration,ductility,softening point,and viscosity of the residue after rotary thin-film heating to evaluate the aging resistance of the asphalt.
II.Product Features
1.Utilizes an intelligent temperature control instrument,allowing the oven temperature to reach 163℃±0.5℃within 10 minutes,providing a stable and standardized environment for asphalt aging.
2.Forced ventilation channels and a fan assist in air circulation,ensuring uniform and stable air supply to the sample bottles,simulating the actual aging environment.
3.The constant temperature chamber is equipped with lighting,and the working chamber has a double-layered stainless steel door with a rectangular observation window.
4.A stable mechanical transmission device drives the turntable to rotate at a speed of 15±0.2 r/min.It can accommodate 8 sample bottles for simultaneous testing,improving efficiency and ensuring stable rotation speed.
