I.Product Introduction

 

The microcomputer-controlled asphalt mixture material performance testing system is a new type of testing system independently developed by our company based on the"Test Procedures for Asphalt and Asphalt Mixtures in Highway Engineering JTGE 20-2011"and designed with reference to international standards such as EN 12697 series,ASTM,and AASHTO.It is mainly used for the comprehensive testing and evaluation of the mechanical properties of asphalt mixtures.Utilizing an imported servo system and equipped with corresponding fixtures,it can conduct tests on the mechanical properties of asphalt mixtures.

Users can directly control the loading,unloading,and stopping of the instrument on a microcomputer;it can automatically complete data acquisition,calculation,storage,curve display,manual and automatic peak selection,automatic calculation of various test data,and printing of test reports.This software has a user-friendly interface and is easy to use.During its development,it adopted and incorporated excellent data processing and programming solutions,which significantly improves the accuracy,convenience,and reliability of the experiments.
