I.Product Introduction

This equipment complies with the relevant requirements of the new standards T0719-2025"Rutting Test of Asphalt Mixtures"and T0672-2025"Emulsified Asphalt Tire Adhesion Rate Test".The test principle and method refer to EN 12697-22"Bituminous mixtures–Test methods–Part 22:Wheel tracking",and it can be used for standardized testing of the high-temperature performance and tire adhesion performance of asphalt materials.


II.Technical Parameters

 

1.Driving Device:Consists of a test wheel drive motor,a walking guidance mechanism,etc.,which enables the test wheel to move back and forth along the center of the specimen surface.The test wheel's deviation,i.e.,the deviation between the center line of the test wheel's travel path on the specimen and the center line of the specimen(parallel to the rolling direction),shall not exceed±2mm.The test wheel traveled 230mm±10mm at a speed of 42 times/min+0.5 times/min(one round trip and one return trip were counted as one trip,for a total of two trips),which is 21 round trips/min.

2.Loading device:It consists of a counterweight,force transmission rod,and lifting and guiding mechanism.The total load is 780N+20N,ensuring that the contact pressure of the test wheel reaches 0.7 MPa±0.03 MPa at 60℃.The vertical clearance of the loading device is no more than 0.25 mm.

3.Measurement Device:The measurement device should be able to automatically and continuously collect rutting deformation and temperature data,and record the rutting deformation-loading cycle curve and the temperature-loading cycle curve.Deformation is typically measured using an LVDT sensor;the displacement measurement range is 0~30mm,with a graduation value of 0.01mm;during one round trip of the test wheel,the deformation measuring device should collect the deformation at seven positions on the specimen:the middle,middle+7.5mm,middle+22.5mm,and middle+37.5mm,during the forward(or return)stroke of the test wheel,and take the arithmetic mean as the deformation of the specimen for one round trip;the forward or return stroke should be collected,and one system should be fixed.The temperature sensor should preferably be a thermocouple temperature sensor,with a range of 0-100℃and an accuracy of±0.5℃.
