I. Product Introduction

 

1.1This product is applicable to the T0709-2025 "Marshall Stability Test of Asphalt Mixtures" and T0710-2011 "Marshall Test of Asphalt Pavement Core Samples" in JTG 3410-2025 "Test Procedures for Asphalt-Based Asphalt Mixtures in Highway Engineering". The product design references international standards such as ASTM D5581-25, ASTM D6927-22, AASHTO T245, BS 598-107, and EN 12697-34:2020, and features a computer-controlled intelligent Marshall stability tester to meet the precise testing needs of asphalt mixtures and pavement core samples, ensuring reliable and stable test data that meets domestic and international standards.

 

1.2 This instrument is suitable for Marshall stability testing and immersion Marshall stability testing for asphalt mixture mix design or asphalt pavement construction quality inspection. The immersion Marshall stability test (and vacuum saturated Marshall test if needed) is used to test the ability of asphalt mixtures to resist spalling when damaged by water, and to verify the feasibility of mix design by testing its water stability.
