I.Product Introduction

This instrument is designed in accordance with the relevant requirements of the"Test Procedures for Asphalt and Asphalt Mixtures in Highway Engineering"(JTG 3410-2025)and is an important piece of equipment for asphalt and asphalt mixture testing.The vacuum drying oven is primarily used for drying samples in specific testing scenarios to ensure the accuracy of test results,and it also meets the experimental requirements of ASTM D7227 and AASHTO PP75.

II.Technical Parameters

1.Vacuum Dryer:Features automatic vacuum pumping,air circulation,and the ability to dry test specimens at temperatures between 15 and 30°C.

2.The vacuum chamber can accommodate test specimens with a diameter of 150mm and a height of 180mm:The vacuum pump can achieve a vacuum of absolute pressure no greater than 0.8 kPa within 90 seconds and maintain a stable pressure of no more than 0.8 kPa.

3.Capable of displaying vacuum level and automatically determining when drying is complete.
